Job Responsibilities
• Identify and assess the company’s training needs through job analysis and career development initiatives;
• Design individual and group training programs tailored to specific business needs;
• Apply effective and goal-oriented instructional methods;
• Manage and coordinate collaboration with external vendors;
• Organize and coordinate internal training sessions;
• Prepare training materials and resources aimed at achieving measurable results;
• Ensure the relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness of training materials and programs;
• Evaluate employees’ skills, performance, and productivity to identify development areas;
• Analyze organizational operations to ensure training aligns with business needs and enhances productivity;
• Develop strategic training programs aligned with organizational goals;
• Monitor the successful implementation of training plans, outcomes, and strategies;
• Ensure continuous compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Training and Development;
• Practical knowledge of developing and delivering training programs;
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical thinking skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications;
• Experience working with LMS (Learning Management System) platforms;
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
• Strategic and analytical thinking abilities;
• Leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team;
• Adaptability to change and a proactive mindset;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Effective time management and prioritization skills;
• Commitment to professional ethics and standards.
