Installation, repair, and maintenance of water and sewage systems in the administrative building and overall area of the central warehouse
Installation of water and sewage pipes, and assembly of plumbing equipment
Repairing leaks in pipes, fixing and replacing plumbing fixtures, and unclogging and cleaning blocked pipes
Regular inspection and preventive maintenance of water and sewage systems
Conducting periodic inspections to ensure proper functioning of equipment
Using necessary tools and equipment to detect and solve problems
Identifying required materials and tools for installation and repair work
Inspecting equipment installed by assigned contractor companies
Participating in the inspection process of all works performed by external contractors
Reporting any exceptional incident or potential incidents to the upper management
Attending work according to the pre-determined weekly work schedule set by the direct supervisor, and using lunch and tea breaks as per the set schedule
Supporting relevant department employees in technical maintenance processes within the warehouse area during downtime
Performing other tasks as assigned by management that do not require additional HSE instructions
