PR & Media Marketing Manager

Duties:

Public Relations and Media Management:

  • Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the company’s positive image and brand.
  • Build and develop relationships with media representatives, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, media information kits, and other communication materials.
  • Respond to media inquiries and manage communication during crisis situations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns and provide recommendations to improve marketing activities.

Corporate Social Responsibility and Event Management:

  • Develop and implement CSR initiatives aligned with the company's values and business objectives.
  • Oversee the organization of volunteer programs, community relations, and charity events.
  • Organize events, conferences, seminars, and press conferences on behalf of the company, establishing relationships with media representatives at these events.
  • Collaborate with NGOs and public organizations to develop and monitor the impact of social responsibility activities.

Media and Marketing Activities:

  • Track tasks based on the commercial calendar and obtain product lists on time.
  • Prepare creative briefs and align advertising campaigns with the strategy.
  • Coordinate photo shoots, leaflets, and other design works for organizing radio/TV spots and preparing advertising materials.
  • Organize video shoots for events and handle media-related tasks in connection with media plans.
  • Manage the preparation of TV and radio broadcasts, and the organization of special events and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct media analysis to increase the visibility of the company and its products, and manage the advertising budget.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Set KPIs to measure the progress of public relations and marketing campaigns and assess their impact.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics and make necessary adjustments.
  • Regularly prepare reports for the evaluation of marketing and PR activities.
  • Ensure communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Creative and Strategic Approach:

  • Generate ideas for creative marketing campaigns and conduct brainstorming sessions.
  • Create a media plan for the company, select appropriate advertising channels, and ensure effective management of the budget.
  • Prepare strategic marketing plans for events, promotions, and other special projects.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in public relations, media management, or marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing PR campaigns, media relations, and crisis communication.
  • Experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) planning and execution.
  • Proven background in event planning, from concept through execution.
  • Hands-on experience with media production (e.g., video shoots, radio/TV advertising).
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and conducting media analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with media representatives and influencers.
  • Skilled in preparing press releases, media kits, and official statements.
  • Confident handling crisis communication and high-pressure PR situations.
  • Ability to develop and implement integrated PR and media strategies.
  • Experience with marketing campaign planning (especially events, promotions).
  • Proficient in creative briefing, content creation, and brand storytelling.
  • Understanding of KPIs and analytics for evaluating PR/marketing success.
  • Strong project management and event coordination abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with NGOs and plan CSR initiatives aligned with brand values.
  • Experience in managing community outreach and volunteer programs.
  • Knowledge of TV/radio spot production, video shoots, and photoshoots.
  • Familiarity with graphic design processes and creative tools
  • Ability to liaise with designers, photographers, and production teams.
  • Proficiency in media monitoring tools, Google Analytics, and marketing performance tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital advertising, and content scheduling tools
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and strategic mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong project management skills.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle high-stakes communication.
  • Fluent Azerbaijan & English languages
