Job Responsibilities:
- Participate regularly in Total Inventory counts in stores according to the schedule
- Count assigned areas and products during Total Inventory in stores, scanning products and entering quantities into the system
- Take part in Total counts (mainly night shifts), ensuring that products are counted and barcode/quantities are scanned and entered into the system
- Perform recounts according to schedules assigned by Group Leaders after the main count and report results
- Ensure timely counting, scanning, and verification of designated zones divided according to the store’s sales area
- Carry out tasks assigned by Group Leaders (random counts or checks in the warehouse or sales floor, counting zones, scanning with handheld terminals, etc.)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of practical work experience in the retail system and with product assortments sold in markets
- Higher or secondary education
- Ability to conduct inventory
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Fast calculation ability
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and occupational health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations
- Ability to adapt to situations
