Investigate appeals related to disciplinary cases and closely participate in the process of issuing disciplinary actions (execution of operations on the system, collection of relevant documents, signature of employees, registration, archiving, etc.)
Logging and tracking incoming disciplinary complaints on a daily basis, timely checking and responding to the status of dismissal requests
Receive employee complaints, investigate them, hold meetings if necessary and take possible actions to solve problems timely
Compile disciplinary actions and other documents (orders, letters, notices, etc.) using the orthographic norms of the literary language, send them to the relevant persons or institutions, enter them into the electronic database and register them
Terminate the employment contract of the employees to be dismissed in accordance with AR Labor Legislation and perform all related work
Timely and correctly respond to requests related to disciplinary issues received from the Mediation Organizations and the State Labour İnspection Services, and perform all related work (implementation of agreements accepted on the basis of the truce agreement, answering appeals from the inspectorate, etc.)
Regularly prepare and submit reports required by related departments and management make suggestions for the regular updating of internal company disciplinary rules, policies and operating procedures, make amendments and submit them to the management and related departments
More than 1 year of work experience in the field of Human Resources
Knowledge of Labor Legislation
Fluent oral and written communication in the Azerbaijani language (observing lexical and grammatical norms)
Ability to work in MS Office programs
Strong communication and teamwork
Research, attention to detail and decision-making skills
