Job purpose: Business Processes specialist will be responsible for ensuring a Risk & BP environment through the development of policies, procedures, and other regulatory documents will work to foster standardization and consistency across the companies’ business processes and risk issues.
Responsibilities:
- Map, analyze, and document current business processes;
- Identify process gaps, errors, inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks;
- Ability to analyze processes and detect risks;
- Visually represent processes (process flowcharts, diagrams);
- Identify process-related risks and improvement opportunities;
- Conduct timely business process reviews to assess compliance;
- Maintain accurate process documentation, registers, and records;
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and internal teams;
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
Requirement:
Technical skills:
- One to two years’ experience in Risk & Business processes;
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or another related field;
- Excellent command of English and Azerbaijani languages, both oral and written; strong Russian is an advantage;
- Microsoft Office skills;
- Excellent proficiency in MS Word;
- Strong written communication skills (accurate, error-free typing);
- Ability to listen, capture discussions, and prepare structured notes;
- Strong process visualization skills. Experience in Microsoft Visio is an advantage;
- ISO 9001 knowledge or experience is an advantage;
- Experience or strong knowledge in Cybersecurity, IT, Construction, or Procurement is an advantage.

- High attention to detail and structured work with information;
- Initiative, motivation, and genuine interest in process improvement.
